Arizona Chamber of Commerce Vice-President of Government Relations Allison Bell announced the chamber's endorsement of John Kavanagh and Eric Ulis for LD-8 House.

W. John Williamson withdrew from the race for a House seat in LD8 when charges were made that nearly half of the signatures in question came from people who were not registered voters.

The Greater Phoenix Leadership holds a special "no host fundraiser" at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel for twelve candidates including LD-8 House of Representatives candidate Eric Ulis (R). The event had a $2,500 minimum contribution and reportedly earned over $270,000.00 for twelve candidates.
