Civil Arizona Insider Report: Arizona's Financial Condition

The State of Arizona State budget is in an unbelievable financial crisis. Simply put, the State is going to be unable to meet both the public's expectations for "services" and the Federal Government's requirements for "maintenance of efforts."

The challenge for the next legislative session will be to balance the desire for long-term ideological approaches with the necessity of short-term financial solutions.

In this section, Civil Arizona presents a variety of information to help the State of Arizona work together to formulate the required financial solutions.
